NowVision is shaping the standard for construction payments by delivering a trusted platform that reflects site reality and on-site progress. You’ll own the end-to-end UX across web and mobile, turning field capture into validated reporting while working with top engineers and product thinkers.

Hybrid work includes our Pescara HQ and remote options. Join a fast-scaling team building a data-driven, AI-enabled interface for a multi-million-euro industry transformation.

Competenze

• 5+ years in product design / UX, including some lead or management experience.
• Strong portfolio covering complex B2B or data-heavy products, preferably in startups.
• Hands-on with modern design tooling Figma; familiarity with Figma Make / AI assisted UX is a plus.
• Comfortable doing market research, customer discovery and visual design, not just one of them.
