NowVision is building the trusted platform for construction payments, turning site reality into a single source of truth. We’re growing fast and searching for an AI/ML leader to drive the reasoning layer that validates contractor claims.

You’ll shape multimodal ML/LLM systems, own the model lifecycle, and lead a small AI team while collaborating with product and backend to ship AI into the core product. Hybrid work with Italy HQ in Pescara.

Mission

Lead the AI reasoning layer that combines imagery, schedules, inspection data,
and contractor claims into auditable payment validation outputs.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for ML and LLM systems: multimodal pipelines, agents,
  RAG, evals, document AI
• Own model lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and
  continuous improvement
• Lead and grow a small AI team; set quality bar, review designs and code
• Define evals and accuracy benchmarks that make validation outputs auditable
• Partner with Visual Computing, Backend, and Product to ship AI into the core
  product

Must-have

• 5+ years in ML/AI, with production experience across both classical ML and
  LLM-based systems
• Strong Python and modern ML stack; experience with multimodal models,
  RAG, agents, and structured output
• Hands-on with MLOps fundamentals (evals, model registry, monitoring)
• Pragmatic, ships working systems; some lead/tech-lead experience

Experience in regulated or audit-heavy domains (fintech, legal, construction,
healthcare).
