NowVision is building a trusted QA foundation across web, mobile, and AI pipelines. You will define the overall QA strategy, from manual testing to automation, release management, and regression testing, to ensure fast shipping without compromising trust with clients.

Join a fast-moving startup environment where you’ll design QA processes for AI/ML outputs, hire and grow the team, and collaborate with ML/AI engineers to keep non-deterministic systems reliable and scalable across Europe.

Competenze

• 5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least some lead/management experience
• Strong with modern test frameworks for web and mobile
• Experience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment
• Comfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems
• Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products.
