NowVision is shaping the standard for construction payments by delivering a trusted platform that reflects site reality and on-site progress. You’ll own the end-to-end UX across web and mobile, turning field capture into validated reporting while working with top engineers and product thinkers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design / UX, including some lead or management experience.
• Strong portfolio covering complex B2B or data-heavy products, preferably in startups.
• Hands-on with modern design tooling Figma; familiarity with Figma Make / AI assisted UX is a plus.
• Comfortable doing market research, customer discovery and visual design, not just one of them.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy, research, interaction, and visual design across the product.
• Own the design system and ensure consistency across web and mobile.
• Run user research with field users (site teams) and office users PMs, controllers).
• Translate complex construction workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
• Partner with Product and R&D on roadmap and trade-offs.
