LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to drive lifecycle delivery for utility-scale energy storage projects. You will oversee project handover, commissioning, grid integration, and ongoing service activities, coordinating with EPCs, OEMs and customers.

The role requires 5–10 years in renewable energy or power infrastructure, with strong knowledge of grid compatibility and high-voltage systems. Travel to project sites is expected.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Energy Engineering.
• 5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration, power systems, energy management systems, and high-voltage systems.

Mansioni

• Project Handover from Sales / Presales and closure of commercial contracts.
• Project Execution & Delivery of full lifecycle utility-scale BESS projects; coordinate with EPCs, integrators and suppliers.
• Commissioning & Grid Integration: energization, grid compliance testing, performance testing, risk management.
• Operations Support & Service Management: post-commissioning support and preventive maintenance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as technical contact between customers, EPCs, OEMs and internal teams.
