LONGi Solar seeks a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to lead the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects. You will manage technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support after project handover, ensuring safety and compliance at scale.

You will coordinate with EPCs, integrators, equipment suppliers and customers to drive on-time delivery, grid integration and long-term service, while handling risks and ensuring quality across the project lifecycle.

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.

Mansioni

Take ownership of projects after commercial contract closure and align execution strategy.
Manage the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects with EPCs, integrators and equipment suppliers.
Oversee commissioning and grid integration, including energization and testing.
Coordinate post-commissioning services and preventive maintenance.
Act as the primary technical contact between customers, EPC contractors, OEMs and internal teams.
