Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Milano seeks a Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge and related services, ensuring ultra-luxury standards and flawless guest experiences.

You will align with The Leading Hotels of the World and LQA, drive training, audits, and continuous improvement, and mentor Department Heads to deliver personalized service in a cross-functional environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership within Rooms Division or related upscale/ultra-luxury properties.
• Deep expertise in LQA standards and Leading Hotels of the World metrics (mandatory).
• Experience in staff training, coaching, and development within luxury hotels.
• Fluent English; a second language is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Oversee all operational and administrative facets of the Rooms Division.
• Ensure seamless, personalized service flow aligned with ultra-luxury positioning.
• Analyze room occupancy, revenue metrics, and payroll/staffing costs with strict control.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and prompt resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular audits of Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Relations.
