Job summary

State Street is seeking a Transfer Agent - Daily Operations professional to process Italian retail investors' transactions in UCITS Funds and support a team across internal groups including ManCos (SGRs) and Distributors.

You will handle trades on time, assist with requests, collaborate with colleagues during peak volumes, and continuously expand knowledge of Transfer Agent activities while maintaining accuracy and client focus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process trades accurately and on time in accordance with Fund deadlines, offering document provisions and documented operating procedures.
• Provide strong support in responding to requests from ManCos (SGRs) and Distributors.
• Cooperate effectively and efficiently with colleagues to meet team objectives, especially during periods of high operational volumes.
• Rapidly and proactively expand your knowledge of Transfer Agent activities.
