Euronext in Milan is seeking a Corporate Actions Operations Intern to support the end-to-end processing of corporate actions across assets, based at Piazza degli Affari 6. The role begins in November 2026 and runs for at least six months with a monthly stipend of 800 euros plus meal vouchers.

You will work with issuers, agents and CSDs, developing analytical and organizational skills, and gaining exposure to capital markets infrastructure within a European, international team.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Mansioni

• Supporting the preparation, execution and reconciliation of corporate action events for various asset classes.
• Assisting in the preparation of official notices to announce events to system participants.
• Liaising with issuers, issuer agents and other CSDs on operational aspects related to corporate action events.
• Contributing to the smooth and accurate processing of corporate actions in line with regulatory and market standards.
