Technoform Glass Insulation Italia srl, part of the Technoform Group, seeks a Product Manager to drive the Turkish market. You will lead sales processes, develop new products, and provide technical and commercial consulting to customers.

The role requires a university degree, Turkish language proficiency (C2 or native), and excellent English; 2–3 years in technical sales in relevant industries is expected. Full-time, permanent position with travel abroad.

Competenze

2–3 years of experience in technical sales in window/door, insulating glass, or plastics.
University degree and strong MS Office skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

Join Market Team responsible for sales processes and new product development for the Turkish market.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
Identify and contact potential customers and market opportunities.
Provide commercial and technical consulting and develop new products based on market needs.
Define and implement commercial strategies for market success.
Review KPIs for processes and participate in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
Maintain frequent customer relationships through on-site visits (about 60%).
Attend trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observation.
