Penumbra is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our Turin-area team in Rivoli. You will respond to inquiries, process orders, manage SAP entries, and support customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring accurate data and timely communication.

This role requires strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments to sustain high service levels in a fast-paced MedTech environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or sales-related role.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; residence in Turin area with Rivoli office attendance.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries and process orders with accuracy and care.
• Enter orders in SAP and manage RMAs and consignment replacements.
• Register and track customer complaints and follow up with solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage Travel Stock program per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM/system.
