Tennant Company in Italy seeks a Junior Customer Service Representative to provide administrative and customer support for efficient order management. You will work with Sales, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams to ensure accurate entry, timely deliveries, and responsive service to Italian and international customers.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), SAP ERP experience, fluent Italian and English, and strong MS Office skills.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, languages, economics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum experience in Customer Service/ Sales Support / Order Management or similar admin role.
• Experience handling both domestic and international customers.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP, is required.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Mansioni

• Process customer orders accurately and timely using the ERP system (SAP).
• Manage order entry and ensure all requirements are captured and fulfilled.
• Provide professional support to Italian and international customers via phone and email.
• Monitor order status and communicate delivery updates and issues.
• Support customers with product, pricing, and service inquiries.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Supply Chain to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage invoicing activities and related customer documentation.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and customer service metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
