Amazon's Design & Innovation team is expanding Europe's infrastructure and designing global logistics network, including delivery stations and fulfillment centers. Based in Madrid or Milan with 50% travel across EU, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on project coordination.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and learn best practices from pre-construction to construction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities.

Mansioni

• Support the E2E design of AMZN infrastructure, providing comprehensive technical feedback, design oversight and quality assessment
• Drive design and value engineering initiatives to foster innovation, enhance customer experience and sustainability and reduce the cost to serve
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain meticulous project documentation and tracking systems
• Learn and apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes
