Amazon Italy Logistics is seeking a design and innovation professional to support the E2E design of AMZN infrastructure across Europe, including delivery stations and fulfillment centers, with 50% travel to EU countries. Based in Milan/Madrid.

The role offers learning opportunities, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and exposure to innovative pre-construction and construction processes as part of our expanding network.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in English (C1) and local language (Italian).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end design of Amazon infrastructure and provide technical feedback.
• Drive design/value engineering to improve customer experience and reduce cost to serve.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking systems.
• Learn and apply best practices in pre-construction and construction processes.
