Akkodis in Milano seeks an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across the company, focusing on digital transformation and engineering services. Competenze

• Bachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Management) is required.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and IT processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

As Transformation Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Akkodis, focusing on digital transformation and engineering services. • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closure

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related roles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
