Jobtailor is seeking a proactive graduate to provide daily operational support to Project Leadership, assist in rollout phases, and help draft IT documentation and stakeholder presentations in a multinational setting.

You will collaborate with Project Experts to learn managing complex business processes, contribute to data collection and change analysis, and engage with international teams across Europe and North Africa in an intercultural environment.

Competenze

• Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT Management.
• Strong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational change.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities
• Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment
• Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated
• Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes
• Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient

Requirements

• Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT Management
• Strong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational change
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Native Italian and professional English are required (Spanish is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting
