Akkodis in Milano seeks an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across the company, focusing on digital transformation and engineering services. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and client expectations.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Management) is required.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Familiarity with digital transformation and IT processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Coordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, KPIs, and risk logs.
• Gather requirements and define roadmaps and milestones.
• Track deliverables and mitigate issues or risks.
• Support digital transformation and innovation projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment.
