Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Consult Partner to drive business growth and lead complex transformation engagements across Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Energy & Utilities in Italy. You will shape strategic initiatives with C-level stakeholders and guide multidisciplinary teams in cloud transformation, SAP modernization, cybersecurity, and data & AI.

You will build strong client relationships, lead executive discussions, and ensure delivery quality, financial performance, and impactful

Qualifications

• Extensive CXO-level client engagement experience in large scale transformations.
• Experience with Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Energy & Utilities sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex consulting engagements across disciplines.
• Track record in driving revenue growth and improving margins on engagements.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology-led transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, deal shaping, and conversion.
• Build and maintain CXO-level relationships and act as trusted advisor in key accounts.
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from pre-deal to post-deal execution with high impact.
• Drive operational excellence by improving utilization, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
