Kyndryl in Italy is seeking a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader to grow the Data & AI advisory and implementation footprint, shape transformation roadmaps, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead business development, define go-to-market strategies, and oversee delivery across industries, collaborating with hyperscalers and technology partners to unlock value.

Qualifications

+3 years of experience in Data & AI consulting practice on business development and delivery.
10-15 years of experience in Data & AI consulting practices with client-facing roles and responsibility on project delivery.
In-depth understanding of Analytics, Data Science, AI and Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Expertise in providing and delivering AI-powered solutions and consulting services (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Google).

Responsibilities

Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy.
Define go-to-market strategies and support sales initiatives.
Oversee delivery of innovative solutions across industries.
Engage with senior stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and ensure measurable business outcomes.
