Job summary

Red Bull S.r.l. in Lombardy seeks a Field Sales Striker to nurture relationships with ethnic minimarkets and gas station accounts, driving availability and in-store presence across the territory.

You will grow the Perfect Store, influence store decisions with compelling proposals, manage stock and POS placement, and report metrics using digital tools.

Fluent English, a valid driving license, and FMCG experience are a plus; autonomy in a field-based role is required.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as you will mainly manage ethnic point of sales. For that reason, English language knowledge is required.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Territory coverage across designated outlets with optimal frequency.
• Manage and develop the designated area.
• Maintain Perfect Store standards including availability and visibility.
• Build relationships with ethnic stores stakeholders through effective communication.
• Influence decision makers presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
• Stock management: influence store orders for Red Bull availability.
• Coordinate placement of POS materials and ensure promotions run from day one.
• Administration and reporting: track in-store metrics and complete tasks on time.
