Planet Farms Italia seeks a Trade Marketing Manager to own the trade marketing agenda across Italy, the UK, and export markets, connecting Sales and Brand/Marketing as the strategic link. Build promotional plans, measure ROI, and translate sell-out and category data into compelling retailer arguments.

Role requires minimum 5 years in Trade Marketing within FMCG in an international context, fluency in English and Italian, and strong Excel/BI skills.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years in Trade Marketing within FMCG in an international context.
Experience in fresh/short-shelf-life categories preferred.
Fluent English and Italian (C1).
Strong Excel and BI tool skills; AI analytics a plus.
Degree in Economics, Business Management or Marketing.
Base salary €40,000–€45,000 gross annually.

Mansioni

Trade Marketing & Promotional Planning: build and execute annual plans by country, channel and customer.
Promotional ROI & Budgeting: design promotions and track spend to prevent margin leakage.
Sell-Out & Category Data Analytics: manage data engines to identify opportunities.
Commercial Support & JBPs: develop selling stories and materials for Country Sales Managers and Key Accounts.
In-Store Execution: define POS materials and activations with agencies.
Cross-Functional Alignment: align demand forecasts with promotions.
