Responsibilities include assisting with scheduled maintenance of chiller systems, handling equipment and materials, and maintaining health and safety procedures. Ideal candidates have experience in technical service, excellent communication, and customer service skills. A valid driving license is also required.

Overview

Job Title: Customer Engineer Thermal Management, Location: Milan, Italy. You will provide hands-on support to the Thermal maintenance team by assisting with routine maintenance tasks, equipment handling, site preparation and general laboring duties to help ensure the efficient and safe operation of chiller systems and related plant infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduled and reactive maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
• Handle tools, materials, and components as directed by the service technicians.
• Support the technician during tasks such as filter changes, coil cleaning, basic cleaning of mechanical plant, manual handling, ensuring safe access to equipment, and transport of parts to and from site.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures and report any hazards.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of air conditioning equipment is essential.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, and common office programs).
• Previous field service experience is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively, and to work under pressure.
• Clean, valid driving license.
