Job summary

Alfa Laval in San Bonifacio (VR) seeks a hands-on Test Engineer to execute core testing, validation, and production support for our thermal exchange technologies. The role offers progression toward Electronics & Systems or Plant Maintenance as you specialize.

Fresh graduates or interns are welcomed. Required: degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Chemical Engineering or a Technical High School diploma; PES/PAV, F-Gas, and forklift licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Chemical Engineering.
• Diploma from a Technical High School acceptable.
• Fresh graduates or internship experience acceptable.
• PES/PAV electrical safety qualification, F-Gas license, forklift license are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Quality Control: Execute functional testing, validation, and pressure/leak testing on brazed heat exchangers and related systems.
• Operational Validation: Perform internal brazing on test components, prototypes, and laboratory circuits.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to plant safety guidelines and high automation/Industry 4.0 standards.
