Alfa Laval in San Bonifacio (VR), Italy is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to drive core testing, validation and production support for thermal exchange technologies. The role offers the opportunity to specialize over time in Electronics & Systems or Plant Maintenance as you grow.

Open to fresh graduates or with initial internship experience; certifications in PES/PAV electrical safety, F-Gas, and forklift license are a plus. The base salary starts at 35,000 €, CCNL METALWORKING.

Competenze

• Testing & Quality Control: functional tests, system validation, pressure/leak testing on heat exchangers.
• Operational Validation: internal brazing on components, prototypes and lab circuits.
• Safety & Compliance: follow plant safety guidelines and Industry 4.0 standards.

Mansioni

• Execute functional testing and validation for brazed heat exchangers and related systems.
• Perform internal brazing on test components, prototypes, and lab circuits.
• Adhere to safety protocols and hazardous fluid handling guidelines.
