Baker Hughes is looking for a Prototyping and Testing Test Bench Leader to oversee testing and developments in their Technology Testing Lab. The role is pivotal for test bench management, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and collaborating with various internal and external teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, extensive experience in turbomachinery testing, and a solid educational background. Flexible working hours are available to suit productivity needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or GED with experience in Testing.
• Experience in turbomachinery validation/testing technologies.
• Good expertise in HSE matters.

Mansioni

• Design testing solutions with the design team.
• Ensure tools and instrumentation are available for prototype installation.
• Manage test bench preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors on the test bench.
• Own test rig auditing and investigations.
