Baker Hughes offers an Internship in Prototyping and Testing Operations. The TTL team supports prototype testing programs, cost control, resource planning, and reporting, collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams in Florence and Massa.

Competenze

• Enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Python) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; team player.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day management of RDIs, including Oracle activities, data review, adjustments, and weekly cost monitoring for Florence and Massa sites.
• Assist with resource planning and scheduling, maintain files for weekly operational reviews.
• Extract, analyze, and monitor operational costs; prepare periodic reports for test bench leaders and engineering teams.
• Support material replenishment, inventory monitoring, stock management, and accounting reconciliation.
• Track project costs against estimates; participate in cost review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide on-demand support for internal material handling and move orders.
• Generate dedicated cost reports for critical jobs (e.g., LM9000, HEG).
• Apply Health, Safety, and Environment standards in all activities.
