NHOA Energy is seeking a technically strong Test Facility Coordinator to join our Industrial Operations team, reporting to the Head of Production Engineering and Facility Manager. You’ll coordinate test facility activities and support the development of test benches for energy storage systems.

The role requires a Master’s degree in an engineering field, at least 3 years’ experience, hands-on wiring and testing instrument knowledge, and a commitment to safety and cross-functional collaboration in

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Practical experience in electrical wiring and assembly of industrial machines.
• Knowledge of PCS hardware and software.
• Experience with testing instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, Hi-Pot).
• Knowledge of PLC development tools such as Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of English.

Mansioni

• Design and develop test benches with Engineering and R&D.
• Coordinate testing activities; plan schedules and manage interferences.
• Ensure safe working conditions and maintain facility assets.
• Manage instrumentation including status monitoring and calibration.
• Monitor facility operations and report issues with HVAC, security, fire systems.
• Assist electrical technicians with setup, wiring, and commissioning.
• Support test bench definition, sizing, and implementation in line with HSE.
• Implement and adapt HSE procedures for safe operations.
• Promote safety culture through training and hazard reporting.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement of safety and facility ops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety, sustainability, and ops goals.
