Align Technology seeks a Territory Manager to own a defined sales region in Italy, selling Invisalign and iTero solutions directly to General Dentists. You will drive growth through a strategic territory plan, apply insights for a consultative approach, and help modernize dental practices with digital technology.

You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary, commissions, a company car, and opportunities for training and advancement within the sales organization and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of equivalent experience.
• Analytical and business planning skills as you own and plan for the activities in your territory.
• Comfort discussing business topics (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right questions.
• Desire to work in a high-performance team.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of doing business.
• Relationship management to build and maintain positive connections with customers and colleagues at Align Technology.
• B2B sales experience.
• Experience in medical devices, capital equipment, dental or orthodontic sales is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the territory and surroundings to grow the business and onboard new high-potential accounts.
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to educate customers about their industry and customers.
• Challenge doctors to modernize and grow their practice with digital technology.
• Plan and execute a territory plan based on potential in each account and geography.
• Create and execute account plans for high-potential accounts based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities.
