Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Practice Transformation Manager to drive adoption and growth of the Invisalign platform across targeted accounts in Italy.

This role coordinates an on-field multidisciplinary group, manages a sales territory, builds doctor relationships and communicates customer needs to shape strategy. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of sales experience, strong communication, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of sales experience with cross functional functions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-focused approach.
• Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Sales or commercial experience is a plus.
• LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Good English communications skills.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Experience from dentistry in sales, Clinical director or as a Practice Development Manager is ideal.
• Willing to travel approximately 70% within Northwest Italy.
• Ideal candidate lives between Piemonte and Lombardy.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory base and key accounts in assigned territory.
• Engage doctors and develop potential for new cases.
• Work qualified contracts to drive more cases.
• Report back to Regional Manager with reports.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on implementation of objectives and budgets.
• Maintain product knowledge in Dental/Orthodontia equipment.
• Fulfill objectives and deadlines; participate in team efforts.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
