Kedrion Biopharma cerca un/una Temporary International Customer Service Technician a Castelvecchio P.li per gestire ordini, logistica e contatto con i clienti su spedizioni internazionali. Richiesta laurea e competenze in inglese/tedesco, preferita esperienza in customer service o logistica.

Il ruolo è a tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità, con inquadramento secondo CCNL Industria Chimica. Retribuzione annuale lorda indicativa di mercato e benefici orientati al contratto applicato.

Competenze

• Laurea universitaria richiesta.
• Inglese e tedesco scritto e parlato richiesti.
• Preferita esperienza in customer service e/o logistica.
• Conoscenza SAP è un plus.

Mansioni

• Ricevere e processare ordini dai clienti commerciali, curando tutte le fasi del processo e la qualità dei dati.
• Raccogliere e predisporre la documentazione per spedizioni internazionali, assicurando conformità.
• Mantenere contatti con i clienti fornendo le informazioni necessarie per la ricezione delle spedizioni e gestire richieste e reclami.
• Monitorare la solvibilità dei clienti, tracciare pagamenti delle fatture, tempi e linee di credito, informando il supervisore in caso di rischio.

Descrizione del ruolo

Execute regular customer service and logistics activities, from order taking, to order processing, international shipping, billing and monitoring of after-sales steps, to ensure customer service operations are performed accurately and timely

Cosa farai

• Receive and process sales orders from commercial customers, taking care of all process steps and ensuring the quality of data and information provided
• Collect, process, and assemble the necessary documentation for foreign shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and international standards
• Maintain communication with customers, providing all the information necessary for the reception of shipments and dealing with requests and complaints
• Monitor the solvency of customers, tracking invoice payments, timeliness, credit lines and exposure, informing the direct supervisor in case of risk of insolvency

Requisiti e competenze richieste

• University Degree
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
• ExperienceinCustomerServiceand/orLogisticspreferred
• Knowledge SAP is a plus

Tipologia Contrattuale

• Fixed-term contract for maternity leave cover

Compensation & benefits

The minimum annual gross salary for this role is € 31.510.

The overall compensation package will also include the additional elements provided for under the applied collective bargaining agreement and any relevant company-level agreements.

Any variable compensation components and benefits, in line with company policies, will be communicated at a later stage of the recruitment process.

The Company may offer an annual gross salary different from the amount indicated in this job posting, based on the candidate's professional experience, technical expertise, and skills. Any such change will be justified on the basis of the objective factors identified during the recruitment process. These may include, but are not limited to, significantly higher or lower levels of professional experience compared to the target profile, additional specialized skills, the scope and complexity of the final role configuration and the outcomes of the selection assessments.
