Hitachi Energy in Lombardy, Italy, seeks a senior professional to lead New Product Introduction for instrument transformers, guiding products from development to market deployment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure readiness and successful launches.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with industrial product lifecycles, with fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, product implementation, industrialization, or new product introduction environments.
• Experience within the power industry and high-voltage products; GIS familiarity is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of product lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and product introduction methodologies.
• Experience in international and cross-functional organizations.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

• Lead end-to-end product introduction and market launch from initiation to industrialization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, and service teams for readiness.
• Drive transfer of new and existing products into manufacturing with quality and safety adherence.
• Monitor prototype builds, pilot production, and zero-series for readiness.
