OMODA Motors is seeking a Technical Support & Flying Doctor Specialist to bridge the head office and dealer network, resolving complex vehicle issues and performing hands-on on-site interventions.

You will coach dealer technicians, conduct quality inspections, and support new product launches while traveling domestically as needed. Fluent English is mandatory, with HV/EV system expertise emphasized.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong automotive mechanics, electronics, and diagnostics.

Technical Support & Technical Flying Doctor - Aftersales Department

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Support & Technical Flying Doctor Specialist to join our Aftersales Department.

In this role, you will act as a key technical bridge between our head office and our official dealer network. You will be responsible for resolving complex vehicle technical issues via our ticketing system, conducting hands-on quality checks on newly arrived vehicles, and deploying directly to dealerships as a "Flying Doctor" for urgent and high-priority cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Technical Support (Ticket Management):
• Manage, analyze, and resolve complex technical tickets submitted by the dealer network.
• Provide expert guidance on vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting protocols, and repair procedures.

Flying Doctor (On-Site Assistance)

• Perform field visits to dealerships to troubleshoot and resolve critical, unviable, or urgent technical issues on-site.
• Provide hands-on coaching and technical assistance to dealer technicians during complex repairs.
• Quality Inspection & New Product Launches

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Background: Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Automotive Expertise: Strong background in automotive mechanics, electronics, and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
• EV / HV Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of High Voltage (HV) systems, modern EV/PHEV/HEV architectures, and battery technology.
• Certifications: Safety certifications for working on High Voltage vehicles (e.g., PES/PAV certification or local equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will interact with global technical teams and document technical reports.
• Soft Skills: exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Able to manage stressful situations at dealerships with empathy and authority.
• Mobility: Full driving license and availability to travel domestically on short notice for on-site interventions.
