OMODA Motors is seeking a Technical Support & Flying Doctor Specialist to bridge the head office and dealer network, resolving complex vehicle issues and performing hands-on on-site interventions.

You will coach dealer technicians, conduct quality inspections, and support new product launches while traveling domestically as needed. Fluent English is mandatory, with HV/EV system expertise emphasized.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong automotive mechanics, electronics, and diagnostics.
• HV/EV system knowledge and battery tech.
• PES/PAV safety certification desirable.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Mansioni

• Manage, analyze, and resolve dealer technical tickets via the ticketing system.
• Provide expert guidance on diagnostics, troubleshooting protocols, and repair procedures.
• Perform field visits to dealerships to troubleshoot on-site and resolve urgent issues.
• Coach dealer technicians during complex repairs and on-site interventions.
• Conduct quality inspections and support new product launches.
