OMODA Motors is seeking a Finance Specialist - Dealer Incentives to manage calculations, accruals, and controls for dealer incentive programs. You will work with Sales, Dealer Network, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data, timely settlements, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance or related field, 5+ years in finance or incentive management, automotive industry experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Italian. SAP and DMS experience is a plus.

The Finance Specialist - Dealer Incentives is responsible for managing dealer incentive calculations, accruals, and financial controls, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of incentive programs. This role works closely with Sales, Dealer Network, and Finance teams to maintain data integrity, monitor dealer performance, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, reconcile, and validate sales data from DMS, SAP, and other business systems to ensure the accuracy of incentive calculations.
• Monitor key commercial KPIs, including vehicle sales, trade-in programs, scrappage incentives, financing penetration, and other dealer performance metrics.
• Review and verify incentive calculations against sales volumes, financial invoices, and policy requirements, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Calculate and accrue dealer incentives, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and timely posting.
• Maintain incentive records and reconciliation files, ensuring full traceability and audit readiness.
• Support dealer profitability analysis and provide insights into incentive effectiveness and business performance.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure all incentive claims comply with applicable policies, budget limits, and calculation rules before payment.
• Identify and escalate exceptions, control risks, and support continuous improvement of incentive management processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Controlling, Commercial Finance, Incentive Management, or Dealer Operations.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with an OEM or dealer group.
• Strong understanding of dealer incentive programs, sales operations, and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP, DMS, and financial reporting systems.
• Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Able to work under pressure.
