Saj Electric in Sassari, Sardinia, is seeking a skilled presales and technical support specialist to assist Sales Managers, distributors, installers and EPCs with product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.

You will deliver after-sales support, troubleshoot installations, coordinate with Product and R&D, and travel within Italy to support customers. The role emphasizes strong customer service and cross-functional teamwork.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field.
• Experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning.
• Previous experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
