JinkoSolar is looking for a Technical Service Specialist (Junior) to join our team in Italy. This position is ideal for a technically oriented professional who enjoys customer interaction and wants to grow in a dynamic, international renewable energy company.

About the Role

As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be a key technical interface between JinkoSolar and our customers, supporting the Sales team with technical expertise, coordinating after-sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings and project discussions
• Visit clients and project sites to assess technical needs and requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product explanations, and solution proposals
• Answer customer technical inquiries and provide related technical documentationCoordinate after-sales activities to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Deliver product training sessions to customers and partners
• Support the organization of technical trainings in coordination with the Sales team
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, roadshows, and distributor events

Must have:

• Degree in Engineering
• Preferable experience in technical support, technical service, or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Italian Mother tongue
• Willingness to travel within Italy
