Technogym cerca un Backend Engineer con 4-5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo backend cloud-native, incaricato di progettare e ottimizzare sistemi ad alte prestazioni usando C# (.NET) e Node.js.

La figura garantirà architetture robuste, sicurezza e scalabilità, mentoring per i colleghi, e collaborazione stretta con ingegneria, prodotto e sicurezza per pipeline di rilascio efficienti e conformi. Lavoro in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.

Competenze

• 4-5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo backend cloud-native.
• Conoscenza di sistemi distribuiti, architetture data-intensive e principi di scalabilità.
• Esperienza con Lean e metodologie di Continuous Delivery.
• Comprovata capacità di gestire progetti software complessi.
• Ottime capacità di debugging, testing e risoluzione dei problemi.
• Esperienza pratica con piattaforme cloud come AWS o GCP.

Your Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evolving cloud-native solutions.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# (.NET) and Node.js
• Architect and manage cloud-native services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to streamline delivery pipelines and ensure security and compliance
• Handle incidents, improve alerting systems, and maintain service uptime, collaborating with the infrastructure team
• Leverage AI tools to review, debug, and optimize code

About You

What you should bring

• 4-5 years of professional experience in cloud-native backend development
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data-intensive architectures, and scalability principles
• Experience with Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects
• Excellent debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures, asynchronous and real-time data pipelines
• Experience tracking project outcomes via OKRs or KPIs, with a focus on continuous delivery and operational excellence
• Experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Codeio, Cursor or similar
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
