Technogym cerca un responsabile di progetto meccatronico/elettronico per guidare lo sviluppo, la validazione e l'industrializzazione di sistemi e dispositivi meccatronici ed elettronici. Sarai responsabile della leadership tecnica, della pianificazione e del coordinamento cross‑funzionale per offrire soluzioni di prodotto di alta qualità nei tempi e costi previsti.

Il candidato ideale possiede laurea in Meccatronica o Ingegneria elettronica, esperienza su sistemi embedded e gestione di fornitori

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Meccatronica o Ingegneria elettronica o campi correlati.
• Esperienza in progettazione, sviluppo e industrializzazione di sistemi meccatronici/elettronici.
• Esperienza di sistemi embedded, sensori, power electronics e tecnologie di networking.
• Conoscenza di sicurezza prodotto, EMC e standard normativi.
• Conoscenza di sistemi PLM (es. Windchill) per gestione strutture prodotto, Change e BOM.
• Conoscenza di metodologie di validazione e testing per sistemi meccatronici/elettronici.
• Esperienza con DFMEA/PFMEA è preferibile.
• Capacità di project management: pianificazione, esecuzione, gestione del rischio.
• Mentalità di problem solving e approccio analitico strutturato.
• Capacità di leadership in team multidisciplinari nello sviluppo di prodotto.
• Conoscenza di MS Office e strumenti di tracciamento progetti (Jira, MS Project, Notion).

Mansioni

• Guidare lo sviluppo end-to-end di progetti assegnati, rispettando qualità, prestazioni, costi e competitività.
• Garantire il rispetto di tempistiche, milestones e budget.
• Definire specifiche tecniche e architetture di sistema, integrando meccanica, elettronica e software.
• Supervisionare le scelte di design di sistemi meccatronici ed elettronici per affidabilità e manutenibilità.
• Gestire fornitori OEM internazionali.
• Coordinate team cross-funzionali coinvolti in progetto (R&D, meccanica, firmware, etc.).
• Gestire creazione, rilascio e manutenzione della documentazione tecnica.
• Supportare le fasi di industrializzazione e avvio prodotto.
• Supportare DFMEA/PFMEA, revisioni di progetto e mitigazione del rischio.
• Promuovere miglioramenti continui in processi, strumenti e metodologie di design.
• Coordinate analisi delle cause e risoluzione di problemi di prestazioni/qualità.

Your Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Mechatronic/Electronic Project Leader to drive the development, validation and industrialization of our mechatronic/electronic systems and devices. The role combines technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost-effective, timely product solutions and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Impact

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of assigned project, ensuring compliance with quality, performance, cost, and competitiveness targets.
• Guarantee the achievement of project timing, milestones, and budget objectives.
• Define technical specifications and system architectures, ensuring proper integration of mechanics, electronics, and software.
• Supervise system and hardware design choices to ensure maximum product reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
• Manage and coordinate international OEM suppliers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams involved in the assigned project (R&D electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality).
• Oversee the creation, release, and maintenance of all technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports).
• Support industrialization phases, ensuring smooth product start‑up and rapid issue resolution.
• Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and design methodologies.
• Coordinate root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities to address product performance, reliability, or quality issues.

About You

What you should bring

• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in mechatronic and/or electronic system design, development and industrialization.
• Experience of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge with PLM system (e.g., Windchill ) for managing product structures, engineering changes, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/ electronic systems.
• Nice to have experience with DFMEA/PFMEA.
• Project management capabilities: planning, execution, risk management.
• Problem‑solving mindset and structured analytical approach.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process.
• Knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Notion).

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 45,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
