Job summary

Şişecam's refractory plant Refel S.p.A. in San Vito al Tagliamento seeks a Sales Supervisor with a technical background to lead technical/commercial activities and develop customer relations.

In this role you will follow up offers, assist the technical office with estimates, monitor shipments, and pursue new customers while providing pre- and post-sales support. Italian and English are required.

Residence in the PN/Udine area is preferred; SAP knowledge is a plus. Salary 25–30k€ gross per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Italian and English language.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales roles.
• Knowledge of Autocad 2D and Inventor 3D.
• Preferably SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Follow up the technical/commercial activities.
• Follow up commercial offers and support to the technical office for the drafting of offers and estimates.
• Monitoring of shipments and deliveries.
• Conduct market analysis and search for new customers.
• Conduct pre- and post-sales services and resolution of customer problems.
• Carry out reporting, process analysis and improvement studies.
