Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role in ceramics, tiles, industrial minerals or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of product performance, quality and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across tile, engobe and glaze manufacture.
• Support product trials and implementation on site with production teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical & Innovation and Supply Chain to identify solutions and growth opportunities.
• Monitor product quality trends and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with customer technical and production teams and gather feedback.
