Job summary

DNV GL Italy is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in Milano to drive technical sales initiatives for the oil & gas and industry sectors, building strong client relationships and translating needs into tailored solutions.

You will support the sales process with technical expertise, collaborate across marketing, sales and operations, and travel to meet customers and attend industry events.

Bachelor's degree preferred; energy sector experience and proven sales track record are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (preferred).
• Experience in Energy Sector (Oil & Gas) and Industry sector.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in inspection and quality-related services.
• Strong technical background and understanding of relevant technologies and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Sales CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and technical requirements to propose suitable solutions.
• Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of solutions.
