Alstom is seeking an experienced professional to prepare ISR documentation and related manuals for railway projects. You will organize training for customers, gather engineering data, and ensure published manuals meet quality and delivery targets.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, services teams and suppliers across international projects, with emphasis on maintainability and serviceability aspects.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Technical Publications or Engineering Department.
• Knowledge of Technical Publications (O&M manuals).
• Knowledge of Service Engineering and Maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Knowledge of project planning and Customer training organization.

Mansioni

• Drives the production of ISR O&M manuals and related documentation.
• Liaises with Engineering and external suppliers to collect input data for ISR O&M manuals.
• Ensures maintenance documentation is published using Alstom standard methods and tools.
• Manages Services deliverables along the project life cycle per ISR documentation plan.
• Performs quality control/reviews of the O&M manuals before release.
• Coordinates with ISR project leads and cross-functional teams.
• Supports tender phases with ISR commitments and QCD input.

Engineering University Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent qualification
