Alstom is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead installation activities, train and support workers, and ensure EHS and quality standards are met. The role involves supervising on trackside and onboard installations, applying WMS procedures, and coordinating handovers to T&C teams.

Strong focus on safety and process compliance in a dynamic environment in Bologna, Italy. The successful candidate will contribute to best practices and REX within the product line, ensuring issues are reported

Competenze

• Experience in installation activities.
• Ability to train and support installation workers and sub-contractors.
• Strong knowledge of EHS rules and compliance.
• Proven ability to supervise installation on trackside and onboard.
• Familiarity with Work Method Statement (WMS) and installation procedures.

• Prepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution (4M checklist).
• Train and support installation workers and sub-contractors on the fronts, clarifying doubts and task priorities.
• Supervise installation execution on trackside and/or onboard, by Alstom workers, sub-contractors, or Customer/Partner/Third Party.
• Ensure compliance of installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process.
• Apply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according to design documentation, report deviations.
• Make sure the EHS requirements and special processes are included in the WMS.
• Report to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM on progress and issues, communicating non-conformities to Quality team.
• Ensure activities are carried out as per schedule and in line with quality standards.
• Support the handover process to T&C team / Customer.
• Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line.
• Ensure strict application of EHS rules by installation workers (including Sub-contractors).

• Train and support the Installation Workers and Sub-contractors on the working fronts under his/her responsibility, clarifying doubts and task priorities


• Supervise execution of Installation - on trackside and/or onboard-, independently if performed by Alstom workers, Sub-contractors, or Customer / Partner / Third Party


• Ensure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process


• Apply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according design documentation, report on any deviation found or needed.


• Make sure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMS


• Report to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM the field activities progress and any issue or founding in the execution, including non-conformities to communicate to Quality team


• Ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standards


• Ensure and support the Handover process to T&C team / Customer


• Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line


• Ensure the strictly application of EHS rules by the installation workers (including Sub-contractors)
