Ericsson is offering a Technical Sales Support Intern position in Italy focused on supporting pre‑sales activities and solution positioning. You will work with sales, technical and delivery teams to prepare materials and analyze customer needs, gaining exposure to how technology solutions are presented to customers.

You will learn to position Ericsson solutions, connect customer requirements to offerings, and collaborate across internal teams in a dynamic, global technology environment.

Competenze

• Ongoing or recently completed university degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
• Interest in technology, digital solutions, sales support and customer engagement.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Curiosity, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Prepare customer presentations, solution materials and sales support documentation.
• Support analysis of customer needs and connect them with Ericsson solutions and offerings.
• Contribute to technical and commercial material for customer opportunities.
• Assist with market, customer and competitor analysis to strengthen sales positioning.
• Help collect and organize inputs from internal teams involved in pre‑sales and delivery.
