Ericsson offers a motivated Junior Project Manager Intern position in Italy. You will assist in planning, coordination and governance of customer projects in the telecom sector, gaining hands-on experience with reporting and stakeholder management.

The role emphasizes learning how large technology projects are planned, monitored and delivered in a global telco environment, with exposure to project governance and delivery processes. Office‑based in Rome.

Competenze

• Ongoing or recently completed degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in project management and telecommunications, digital technologies, cloud or service delivery.
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project activities, timelines and follow‑ups.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and materials.
• Support project planning, governance and reporting activities.
• Update project information in internal tools and dashboards.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Facilitate communication between PMs, tech teams and stakeholders.
