Ericsson GmbH in Italy (Rome) invites an intern to join the Core Network Integration team. You will assist with configuration, validation, testing and troubleshooting of Core Network platforms, working with experienced engineers in a collaborative setting.

The position targets students or recent graduates with a passion for telecommunications and IT systems, offering hands-on learning and exposure to automation and modern networking practices.

Competenze

• Ongoing or recently completed degree in telecom/comp eng, CS, EE, IT, or related field.
• Interest in telecommunications, mobile networks, Core Network technologies and digital services.
• Basic knowledge: Linux, IP networking, virtualization, containers, cloud tech or scripting (Python/Bash).

Mansioni

• Assist configuration, validation and testing of Core Network platforms and services.
• Support deployment, commissioning and service activation activities.
• Prepare technical docs, implementation guides and test reports.
• Help investigate and troubleshoot issues under guidance.
• Use automation and scripting to improve testing and deployment efficiency.
