ALTEN Italia is seeking a People Manager Coordinator to support its IT division across Italy. You will supervise consultants, coordinate onboarding, and collaborate with HR and support teams to ensure well-being and growth.

You should have 5–7 years in HR, a degree in a related field, and strong English; knowledge of French/Spanish is a plus. A permanent contract and development of HR strategies are offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Law; a Master in HR is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in HR management and IT profile recruitment.
• Experience in consulting companies is a plus and preferred.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); French/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Onboarding: coordinate with Talent Acquisition for new hires and pre-onboarding.
• Follow-ups: gather consultants' needs and manage development plans with support teams.
• Organization: ensure staffing of business units with qualified IT profiles; manage transfers.
