Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead / Senior Engineer, Product Development & New Technology for Subsea Production Systems. You will drive new designs from requirements through qualification, collaborating with global teams and across functions to deliver competitive subsea solutions.

The role emphasizes DFMA, detailed drawings, CAD modelling, and hands-on engineering leadership with opportunities to file new patents and explore market trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with emphasis on mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in Subsea Production Systems and design engineering.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD modelling and DFMA principles.

Mansioni

• Develop Subsea XT technologies meeting customer requirements and industry standards.
• Generate designs, drawings, BOMs and lead qualification and system integration tests.
• Manage project scope, budget, risks and stakeholders across global teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor other engineers in a multinational environment.
• Explore new opportunities, patents and perform Freedom to Operate analyses.
