Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Requirements Analysis-Tech for Technology Innovation & Concepts in Varese. You will contribute to future rotorcraft development programs, defining high level requirements and shaping mission profiles for performance analyses.

The role requires collaboration across engineering teams, management of RFI/RFP inputs, and coordination of MBSE and DOORS data. Hybrid arrangement and international exposure are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years degree in Aeronautics or equivalent in a relevant technical subject.
• Knowledge of Helicopter/Tiltrotor systems is advantageous.
• Experience with MS Office, DOORS and MBSE (CAMEO) is advantageous.
• Ability to interface with engineers across disciplines and coordinate information.

Mansioni

• Definition/Analysis/Management of high level requirements for rotorcraft programs based on customer CoO.
• Analyze mission profiles to shape strategic technical solutions and platform performance.
• Specify aircraft systems and configurations for new concepts and future development.
• Create technical documentation to support requirements definition and management.
