Leonardo SpA in IT - Cascina Costa di Samarate (Varese) is seeking a Technology & Innovation Specialist to join the R&D team. Hybrid work is offered and you will support the development and execution of the Divisional Product & Technology Innovation Plan, coordinating with multiple divisions and Leonardo Corporate.

The role requires a STEM degree, strong analytical skills, and fluent English; you will help govern innovation processes and align roadmaps across global functions.
